Connect
Connecting to God and one another is a vital part of being the church and being Christian. When we connect to God through prayer and worship we are aligning our lives with God’s love. When we connect with other people we are able to experience and share the loving community that God created us to be a part of throughout the scriptures. Worship
Connecting to God and one another is a vital part of being the church and being Christian. When we connect to God through prayer and worship we are aligning our lives with God’s love. We provide two Sunday services, one traditional (8:30am in the Sanctuary) and one praise (11:11am in the Event Center) with special services throughout the year.
Music
We have a broad and vibrant Music program that encompasses all age groups and ability level. We seek to glorify God through creative interpretation of the church’s music literature through a variety of instrumental and vocal arrangements.
Prayer
One form of prayer is intercession—seeking God on behalf of someone else. At First United Methodist Church, we believe that this kind of prayer is one of the best gifts God has given us to show our love and support for one another.
