At FUMC Colleyville, our children aren't just our future--they are the church today! Our children participate in mission projects each Wednesday during the school year (and other special events) through our chapter of the Mission Possible Kids and GLOW Kids organization. They have collected shoes for children who do not have any through "Soles for Souls"; created handmade dolls for orphaned children in Romania and Honduras; collected money and canned goods for the Souper Bowl of Caring campaign; and many more than there is room to mention here!
They participate in a fundraiser or special collection each summer during Vacation Bible School and they bring awareness to particular issues facing children each October for Children's Sabbath.
